Private Label Process and Steps
Our Spice, Your Style, Your Brand
1. CHOOSE PRODUCT(S) TO PRIVATE LABEL
Choose product(s) as per your selling preference & finalize quantity to order. The product can be an existing product from our catalogue or a new product that you want us to develop. Select Packaging, per unit pack size. Share details with us.
2. CLARIFICATION ON REQUIREMENT
Clarification, Q&A on client’s requirement. Schedule conference call to understand client’s product, pack size, quantity on order, packaging, design, shipping and testing requirements
3. RECEIVE QUOTE
Get quote for existing product. If new product to be developed, get an approximate quote. Pictures of packaging available- matching clients packaging requirement.
4. ORDER SAMPLE(S)
If pricing is acceptable, order paid samples. SDS SPICES will share the invoice for development charge and sample +likely dispatch date for samples.
5. ANALYZE SAMPLES, ITERATE CHANGES
Analyze sample(s), coordinate changes in the product. 2nd sample with changes is shared to match the client’s requirements. SDS SPICES provides updated pricing for updated products.
6. FINALIZE PRODUCT
Finalize product(s) on order, finalize pricing, share logo, brand name, finalize designing, discuss labels, box design+ promotional material design. Clients have the option to engage our design services for extra cost or to share their finalized designs with us.
7. PLACE ORDER
Place Purchase Order for the selected product. Sign contract, get schematics + timeline for order dispatch+ Proforma Invoice and transfer advance payment to SDS SPICES (PVT) LTD
8. MFG, ORDER UPDATE, DISPATCH
SDS SPICES shall share periodic manufacturing +packaging updates through email on the order with the client. Conference calls will be scheduled between Client and SDS SPICES when required. Products dispatched to client’s warehouse.
9. RECEIVE GOODS, LIST GOODS FOR SALE
Receive goods and list goods for sale on ebay, Amazon, or any other store or your website. Fulfil your orders. Start selling your branded products.
10. RE-ORDER
When supply is consumed– Reorder, sign a fresh contract, or consider Contract Manufacturing
